Monster Kitchen & Bar
The Monster Kitchen & Bar is a visually stunning space with a monolithic shattered terrazzo floor and an eclectic design which grabs the eye and makes this one truly unique space. The Salon & Dining rooms tell the story of Australian immigration 1940s to 1980s, evident through the extensive collection of original artworks and furniture.
The space is available for exclusive use events with seated and standing options. Music wise you can choose your own playlist or go with the flow and let us choose for you.
The Mosaic Room
The Mosaic Room is a private dining space connected to the Monster Bar & Kitchen on the ground floor. The first thing you’ll notice is the incredibly high ceiling that floods the space with natural light. The connecting outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful natural surrounds. The mosaic installation is composed of tiles made by the late Gerard Havekes while other large scale works include cave paintings by Al Stark, a sculpture by North American artist Steven Seigel, a large work on paper by Japanese artist Fumio Tachibana and a large multi media work, ‘Man of Wounds’ by Dutch artist Rik Meijers. Suffice to say, this is a seriously impressive setting for your next event.
