Q: How many people can the room occupy?
A: 2 adults (and one child under 3 if sharing existing bedding)
Q: Can I add a rollaway bed in the rooms?
A: Yes but subject to room type and availability.
Q: Do you offer flexible check-in / check-out times?
A: We try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in / check-out times are subject to availability.
Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?

Q: Do you have baby cots and what is the cost?
A: Yes and they are free of charge but are subject to availability and only can be accommodated in our king and junior suite rooms. To arrange, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Q: What time do you serve breakfast?
A: Breakfast is available Monday to Friday between 6:30am-10 am; and Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays between 7am-11am.
Q: Do you provide detergents in the self-laundry room?
A: Yup, free of charge :)
Q: Do you have gym facilities?
A: Yes we’ve got together with the team from Snap Fitness to provide you with FREE 24/7 gym access located just offsite. Snap is only a short walk from the Hotel (5 minutes) and provides you with all of the equipment and classes that you need to keep you as fit as a fiddle. Passes are available from Front Desk on a first in best dressed basis.
Q: What and where is breakfast?
A: If you have booked direct via our website a complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Breakfast is served in the Lo Lounge.
Q: How do I get here!?
A: It’s easy. Refer to our locations section!
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Wilson’s Parking is available opposite our hotel for a special guest rate of $42.00 / 24 hours, however spots are not allocated and only available on a first come, first serve basis. Simply drive into the parking lot and get a parking ticket as normal. Bring this ticket in with you to hotel reception and we will issue you with a 24 hour parking pass with unlimited entries during the 24 hours.
Q: How far is it to the train station?
A: We are about 1.2km from Town Hall Train Station, or alternatively you can ride the Light Rail with Convention Centre station being only 250m away, which takes you to Central Station - a hub for most Sydney city & suburban public transportation.
Q: Are there any bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood?
A: The hotel is located a street away from Darling Harbour with a wide range of popular wine and dine locations.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit card (VISA, Diners, Master, AMEX) cash and bank transfer. For non-refundable booking we require the payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full amount once the booking is made. For all flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?
A: For non-refundable bookings a valid credit card must be used to pay at the time of booking. Cash payment is not accepted for non-refundable bookings. For flexible bookings a credit card must be provided on arrival for the purpose of providing a pre authorisation. The total of the accommodation and a $100 deposit will be held until depature when the cash payment can be made.
Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make my booking?
A: If the guest is in Sydney, they can come to the hotel reception directly to make the booking and settle the room rental in person. If the guest is overseas or interstate, then the credit card details are required. It can be the guest’s credit card or a 3rd party credit card (Credit card authorisation form is required to be filled in). We can hold the amount (not yet charged) then the guest can consider to settle the rental by overseas wire transfer. After the payment is received we can release the credit card amount back to the given credit card.
Q: Can I shorten the stay after check-in?
A: For non-refundable bookings we will charge the full amount even if the guest checks out early. We are unable to refund the remaining room rental. For flexible bookings the guest can advise our hotel by giving 24 hours in advance notice prior to 2:00pm to shorten the stay.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: Yes, you can use a 3rd party’s credit card for rental payment. The credit cardholder is required to fill in the Credit Card Authorisation Form and send back a copy/scan of the credit card front and back side along with photo identification to our hotel in order to authorise us to charge the given credit card.
Q: Can I book the room for a special event e.g. wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. The guest is required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement. Extra charges may apply.
